JJHS Updates

Halfway through this year is a great time to reflect on how we are doing in progressing towards our goals. At the beginning of the year, I challenged the staff and students to focus on student growth. We have worked hard at keeping this goal foremost in our minds and we are seeing progress but we will keep working toward this goal. Our work is not yet complete and we will keep striving to meet our goals.

At home, ask your students how their classes are going and how are they growing in their classes. Help them prepare for upcoming tests and quizzes in their classes and ask them to set goals for their scores. (Many already have in their classes.) These discussions can open lines of communication and help them see that school and home are working together to help them be all that they can be.
