Our Assistant Principals

Meet Leslie McCullough

 

Ms. Leslie McCullough is proud to serve as Assistant Principal at Jasper Junior High School. A native of Woodville, Texas, she brings more than 20 years of experience in public education, serving as a classroom teacher, instructional leader, and assistant principal.

Ms. McCullough earned a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies from Stephen F. Austin State University, a Master of Science in Education, and her Principal Certification through Region 5. Throughout her career, she has served students and families in Woodville ISD, Jasper ISD, San Augustine ISD, and Livingston ISD. Her experience has included classroom instruction, teacher mentoring, campus leadership, and supporting school improvement initiatives.

Inspired by her mother's lifelong career in education, Ms. McCullough is committed to fostering a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment where every student has the opportunity to grow academically, socially, and emotionally. She believes that strong relationships among students, families, staff, and the community are essential to student success and is dedicated to helping every Bulldog reach their full potential.

Outside of school, Ms. McCullough enjoys spending time with her two sons, cooking, and making memories with family and friends. She is excited to serve the Jasper Junior High community and looks forward to partnering with students, parents, and staff to make every school year a successful one.

Meet Lesly Nolen

 

Mrs. Lesly Nolen is proud to serve as Assistant Principal at Jasper Junior High School. With experience in education, business, and human resources, she is passionate about creating a positive school culture where every student feels valued, supported, and inspired to succeed.

Mrs. Nolen holds a Master of Business Administration, is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and recently completed her Principal Certification. She believes that strong relationships, open communication, and high expectations empower students and staff to reach their greatest potential. She is excited to partner with students, families, and staff to make this a year of learning, growth, and Bulldog pride.

Outside of school, Mrs. Nolen enjoys reading, cooking, and traveling with her family. She is also a sports enthusiast and loves cheering on the Texas A&M Aggies—Whoop!
